Help Keep Kids Connected to Family
Raising children takes a village, especially when you're stepping in unexpectedly to keep them out of foster care.
Every child deserves a safe, stable, and loving home. That's why we empower kinship caregivers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other relatives, who step up when a child's parents cannot.
Through our four pillars of Case Management, Support Groups, Education, and Family Support Services, we strengthen families from the inside out. We walk alongside caregivers with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to navigate challenges, build stability, and keep children connected to their families and communities.
Each year ISDD serves more than 600 children and caregivers across Metro Atlanta, providing more than services, but connection and long-term impact.
You can be part of the village.
Your support, whether from individuals, faith-based groups, corporate partners, government agencies, or foundations, makes this work possible.
